Land Commitments: Moving from Acknowledgments to Relationships of Kinship and Stewardship
Registration is open!
May 6 from 12-1:30pm PST
Join guests Charlene Eigen-Vasquez (Ohlone, Mexica) and Miguel Ramos (Mexica) for a Deep Dive in an exploration of what it means to be in relational kinship with the land, from Indigenous co-stewardship to personal journeys and community tending. This topic interweaves with the final session of HRI's four-part Learning Journey, which invites participants to nurture their personal commitments towards acts of service to (and relationship with) surrounding communities on Native Land.
This webinar is priced at $100 (full tuition) with sliding scale partial fee waivers, and is a fundraiser for Indigenous Governance. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. Email admin@hricommunity.org to inquire.
