  • Watsonville is a city in Santa Cruz County, California, in the Monterey Bay Area of the Central Coast of California. The population was 52,590 at the 2020 census. Predominantly Latino, working-class, and Democratic, Watsonville is a self-designated sanctuary city.

  • The ETMC organization was founded with the goal of continuing cultural traditions and preserving the cultural heritage of the historic tribes that are located within the Monterey County, along with protecting and preserving the recognized and unrecognized sacred lands and archeological sites.
